Online Registration

Hi Everyone,

I want to create an online registration for a soccer camp, and have my client be able to print out DB. I have no experience with PHP at all. Is there any open source scripts that I can use? I dont know if this has anything to do with this, but also on the site there will be a forum (vBulletin) - can I do it through this? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You essentially want a script that has some kind of form builder functionality. I'm pretty sure there be a plugin for vbulletin for something similar. Possibly through the vbAdvanced module.
