I need a code that pops exit pops even with a blocker on

First things first I'm not asking whether or not I should use exit pops on my site, I'm asking how to go about making the exit pops be seen even when a pop up blocker is turned on. So if anyone could help please let me know.

I have discovered a very cool effect - triggered by only one (secret) line of Javascript. It causes an arm to come out of the user's monitor, holds a gun to their head, and forces them to turn off popup blockers!
