Form Window:

Name (text input)
Address (text input)
Telephone (text input)
Interest (select)

Interest search window
(when load, Form window needs to be still running, on second plane).

Some "interest" is selected.

I need the second window result to be included in te Form Window.

Is there any way to do it ?
