Email Capture Plugin for WordPress - Any recommendations?

I am wondering if anyone can recommend an email newsletter plugin that i can use with WordPress? I have already had a look at PHPList so any recommends outside of that would awesome. Thanks in advance,

It is not free. I have never used it, so I can not say if it is good or not.

i had a look at the plugin and its not exactly what i am looking for. I just want a couple fields that collect an email address and Name so that i can use that information to build a list in Aweber or Campaign Monitor. Thoughts? Talk soon,

The subscribe2 plugin allows visitors to subscribe to your blog posts as emails.
It also has a "companion" plugin for a sidebar widget.

I am sure I have no business posting as I am not yet in the big leagues..but one day, as I live in hope.

I use Feedburner for readers to subscribe and that provides the individual email addresses. Perhaps you could just further customize the subscription process to include something stating what further benefits there are to subscribing to your blog?
