Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\PHP\ext\php_mcrypt_filter.dll' - Acc

    Lo guys,

I'm getting this error message whenever I load a PHP page that tries to use the mcrypt module:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\PHP\ext\php_mcrypt_filter.dll' - Access is denied. in Unknown on line 0

I'm not sure how to check what user php is running as, so I can't be sure that it has the correct permissions. I'm running PHP 5.2.1 on WindowsXP SP2. Anyone have any ideas?

It's XP Pro. However, I've just solved it. Here's how:
To find out what user IIS is running as I went into the properties page for the 'Default Web Site' under the IIS service in the management console. On the 'Directory Security' tab I clicked 'Edit' under the 'Anonymous access and authintication control' section. This gave me the user which IIS runs as. Then it was simply a case of giving that user 'Modify' permission to the C:\Program Files\PHP directory. So everything now seems to be working as it should.
