    Login wiithout refresh

Im making an ajax site, and I have an login form on the front page, when the user enters their information I don't want the page to refresh but they should get a confirmation message. How would I go about doing this?

    Thanks in advance.

You don't learn AJAX, it is not a language. One must learn JavaScript.

Ajax is a technique, and you can learn techniques. Learning JavaScript is just a (crucial) part of the learning process.
