FCKEditor not working in IE7

I've got a client using IE7 who can't use http://www.fckeditor.net/... I tested it on my PC and it works in both IE7 and FireFox...

What could possibly be blocking it? He says he does have FCKEditor enabled... Is there anything else that can block JavaScript?
