Are there any reliable companies that offer a cheap Raq3 or Raq4 dedicated server solution? I'm looking for less than $150 a month.

Oh yes, sir. If you need cheap, dedicated hosting, wheter it be Raq, AMD or Intel, there is one for all you needs:
RackShack
Mattias Johansson
Short, Swedish, Web Developer
Buttons and Dog Tags with your custom design:
FatStatement.com

I would suggest DialTone (www.dialtone.com) - they have dedicated solutions starting at $150/month and have dual OC12 connections with redundancy... and have a multi-million dollar data center.

They are pretty cheap and 300GB transfer is fantastic for that price.
I have been checking out their forum. And most customers sounds very happy there. And their forum is very good to improve yourself about Administrating your dedicated server and adding stuff like jsp.
PS: I dont have dedicated server with them.
Try http://www.99servers.com/

Wait! Nevermind. It used to be a listing of servers costing $99 a month or less, but I guess it's an ISP now.

I believe the owner of the site explained on WHT why it forwards you to saburovo.com now. In a nutshell, it should be back to listing cheap servers in a few months. The site was deleted or something like that, I forget the exact details. It will be back though.Originally posted by Owen

www.wowrack.com
Celeron 766 128 ram 20 gig ide hdd = 99$ a month (25 gigs of transferr I believe)
I got a P 3 866 256 ram for only 107.
No setup fee if you mention sitepoint, atleast thats how it was for me![]()

re: wowrack.com - SitePoint certainly doesn't have any agreement with this company, so I can't imagine why they'd be giving discounts for mentioning our name.
Also, potential customers' might be concerned about the lack of backup options on their servers (I could find no reference to WowRack's backup procedures anywhere) and the fact that support is only available during business hours!
But that said, you get what you pay for. They're offering a lot of hardware for the price.

Don't wait for an SMS at 4am. Find out what's really
going on and fix the problem. www.wormly.com/website-monitoring
They are a good bang for the buck, and they have backup options, you get WowWatch Basic or whatever depending on the plan, each one of those has all the backup options, you can find it on their site.
