    Probably because both sites were designed by the same graphic designer !! But the PHP credits are different, so not sure they use the same PHP scripting

    So what is your question? are you on about Server-Side or Client-Side? Where is the script that you want implemented?

    If the programmer is worth the money, it would be a self-made CMS system.
