Nav Bar Problems with IE6

Well i am having a little problem with IE6 because it displays my nav bar slightly out of line but it shows it how i want it in firefox. Here is the page i am talking about:

As you can see in IE6 it is out of place by a little bit at the bottom, this is because for some reason between each nav bar image IE6 is putting a blank space between each one.

How can i sort this so it shows up fine.

I suspect it's IE adding margins. Change the CSS so <a> has display:block and a height or width. That'll set it to hasLayout, and should fix the problem.
