Our host has been doing down consistently once or twice a month for between 10 minutes and 2 hours. It's never something that's impacted us, just shown up in the reports, so we haven't mentioned it to tech support.
Until today when a client tried to access his site to look at the changes and it was down.
Now I have the owner calling his provider because he thinks it's their fault, but the servers all use Cpanel which I notice does an automatic update. Has anyone heard of/experienced Cpanel causing this kind of thing?
Cpanel does automatic updates every 2 am pst, but this has never been a problem to us. The updates are basically light and does take up too much resource.
