Where do i get Marketplace Credits

I have checked the FAQs but I cant see where i actually buy them

In each forum you will see a button to create a listing. Click on that and follow the instructions.

Thanks. Howver, when i go there, fill in the auction details and click submit my auction it says i have no points and doesnt even offer me a chance to buy any

It looks like there's a problem with the system which redirects you to purchase credits when you don't have enough to create your listing.

In the mean time, you can purchase credits by following this link:

Once at the checkout, you can change the quantity you wish to purchase. For each 100 you buy at one time, we give you 30 for free.

I've seen this mentioned in other places as well but when I purchased it didn't give me the 30 extra credits. Is it done manually later or do you need to contact support to have them credited?
