photo release forms?

I just published a site for a photographer and was wondering who needed release forms for the photos used, him or me? There are a number of children on the site and I believe the parents have given concent, but do we both need documents proving that or just him? Thanks in advance!!

I guess the photographer, but there is no harm in both of you having copies. You really need to check with a lawyer.
