From where can I Start?

I am basically an ASP Programmer and doing programming since 3 years.
Now I want to learn Ruby.
I am currently 0(Zero) at Ruby.

So from where can I start?
What to learn?

Please Give me Suggestions...

Actually I'd get http://www.infoq.com/minibooks/ruby first. You can download a copy free. But buy it at some point to support the author. One of the best books on Ruby period.

Then get the Sitepoint Rails book. Also good.
