Upload problem, plz help me

Hi,
i have shared hosting and when i try to use php upload functions to upload an image or file, i get an error that says 'permission denied'

"i test my script on my other accounts and have no problem with them."

they turned off safe mod but i can not upload any file and a same error has occured.

my question is what settings shoud be set in php.ini to disable or enable uploading?

What are permissions for that folder? did you try to set them to 777?

Yes, but for security issue i don't use it.
default is 755

if you use "copy" command change it to "move_uploaded_file"
