    Documentation for xParseXml()?

    The source for http://cross-browser.com/x/examples/xhttprequest.html uses xParseXml to get XML data off the response but I can't find that documented anywhere. What's the second argument to xParseXml?

    Stupid question!

    <SIGH> I found xParseXml later in the page's source; I was fooled by the name which made it look like part of the library rather than something page-specific.

    Hi Chris,

    Yes, that was something I wrote for that particular demo. However, it has turned out to be very useful - even tho it uses a brute-force approach - and so it may eventually get abstracted into something that gets put into the library.

    But you can still adapt it to your own needs.

    Edit:

    After looking back over this... I'm asking myself why I didn't just use document.getElementsByTagName... I'm not sure

    Oh well, if you have any questions about it just let us know.
