Paid Forum Posters?

I want to pay someone to forum post my business and put a signature in their Profile. It would targeted to a particular market. I want to hire someone to do this for me.
1. Will it be considered spamming?

I don't think it's considered spamming if the person would legitimately contribute to the topic.

I mean if the person just types things like "I agree", "Look at my sig", etc.. that is considered spamming by a lot of people who run boards.
