get the user home page

Hi every body,
How can I get the visitor home page?
I want to check if the user home page is not "http://mywebsite.com", alert em to make my "http://mywebsite.com" to make it home page ...

Don't you think that would annoy at least some of your users?

Being able to do that would be a security violation. As far as I know, that's not possible.

I find it in msn.com,
when I open the msn fist time the "seach advertise" appear in the head after the page load, when I refresh "make msn hope page advertise" appear if msn is my home page "make msn hope page advertise" won't appear , I wander how they do that
