Wrapping List Problem

Heres my page

You can see that the Financial Information is out of sync, because the text is wrapping.

I havn't used a bullet image applied to the <ul>, instead I've applied a background image to the <a> as it changes colour on a a:hover.

I have a feeling its a padding/margin issue, but after a couple of hours of failure, I thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas please.

PS, sorry about the use of tables for the main nav , I do intend to sort that when I have time.
