    Liquid Layouts books and resources

    Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any books dedicated to the art of web design / development using Liquid CSS Layouts?

I really value the comments from the people who are members of this forum so I look forward to your replies.

    Hi,

I've found Dan Cederholm's - "bulletproof web design" to the most valuable.

It covers up to date very relevant topics when it comes to designing with XHTML and CSS and has a strong accessibility and web standards focus.

It covers so much ground yet explains the topics in depth step by step so you won't get lost - but you will get even more out of it the second and time reading through

If you're considering Sitepoint books then get 'designing without tables' and not 'CSS anthology' - it's far too simple.

I agree with that point. I actually brought the CSS Anthology and it is very simple. I am indeed looking for a more advanced book.

I will look into both books you metioned - thankyou very muchly

Not only that, but the Anthology series is nothing more than a series of cookbooks for Web design. Just as you can get a bunch of recipies by buying a cookbook, it won't actually teach you how to cook. At least not by itself anyway.

Think of them as companion guides to the books that actually teach the subject at hand .
