    Img Domination

    Hey peeps:

    Url www.nmsnorthwest.com/test

    I don't know why I can't control my links so that they rest in the middle of the nav bar. The img tags force them down and I can figure it out.

    Here is the css:

    Code:
    *{padding: 0; margin:0;}

    #container{
    text-align: center;
    }
    #flashheader{
    background: url(../images/nav_bkgd.jpg) no-repeat;
    width: 760px;
    height: 172px;
    }
    #nav{
    background: url(../images/Nav.jpg) repeat-x;
    width: 760px;
    height: 36px;
    }
    #nav ul{
    }
    #nav img{
    }
    #nav li{
    display: inline;
    margin-right: 20px;
    margin-left: 20px;
    }
    #nav a:link, #nav a:visited{
    padding-right:30px;
    padding-left:30px;

    text-decoration: none;
    color: black;

    }

    }
    #uppercontent{}
    #upperleftside{}
    #upperrightside{}
    #midcontent{}
    #midleftside{}
    #midrightside{}
    #lowercontent{}
    #footer{}
    Thanks

    First get a complete doctype.

    Second, please fix your HTML errors. Really, you should remove the nav separators and use CSS non-repeating background images instead.

    What are #midleftside and #midrightside for?
    We miss you, Dan Schulz.
