Docking Script on Sitepoint

Hi guys

I'm after a script that docks a layer to the bottom
of a page (sticky), like the one you can see
occasionally appear on Sitepoint (the web design
business kit ad).

Cay anyone please help?

The one Sitepoint uses is called "catfish"

thanks, seems fairly complex for a css ametuer - would i be better looking for a different alternative?
