I've recently made a HTML page mixed with CSS and I am experiencing a new problem Ive never heard of.

The design looks fine on both Firefox and IE... but the bug isn't at all about how it looks - no matter how small I resize my browser window, I get no scrollbars at all... what's going on?

If it is happening in both browsers it almost certainly is your code. If you use overflow:hidden an your main DIV that can do it.
