sending more than one request to different servers in the same time

Hello,

I am sure you did not understood nothing from the thread title, so I am about to explain my problem: I have to build a site that requests some data (based on a search form) from different site that offer the same services only different prices, advantages, disadvantages. I communicate with other sites through xml: I send a request and server is answering me using xml. My question is, how can I send the same data to different servers at the same time (relative)? Because I have to wait some time if I send same request to server 1, then to server 2, then to server 3 ... server n.

I don't think it's possible (at least not to my knowledge of how web requests work) ...it's a sequential process as you say ...server 1, then 2 ... n

Yes, that's why I wrote relative.

I found only two possibility to do this: (1) with Ajax and (2) using frames. I will use Ajax, I think is more elegant than using frames and/or iframes.
