    uploading files to mysql db

    Hi guys,

this is really got me preplexed.

Can anyone tell me how i can upload/insert files (i.e. .doc or .rtf files) into a mysql db?

I know how to upload them to a file directory, but not sure whether it is possible to upload them in mysql db.

    thanks

It is possible if you have the field set to BLOB.
    Have a look at:
