    hai,

    I am new to ror. can any one tell aboutb this concept. if u tell step by step it will be very helpful for me.

    my database name is - demographic_categories

    Fields - id, name

    please tell me asap.

    Hi There,

    I'd suggest you get into some of the basic tutorials that get you started.

    From there you should be able to apply & adapt to your specific example.

    Checking out the Introduction listing at the RoR wiki would be a good start:

    Well. I'm very sorry, but a table with an ID field and a name is not a lot to go on.

    If that is the full extent of it ( I doubt it ! ), it should not take much effort to create a project around that !!!

    If you really follow one or two of the starter tutorials and you have some basic programming background I think you should be able to get going...

    Maybe post back some more details info on what you are trying to achieve ???
