IE7 issue with footer at bottom of document

Hey all... I'm working on a site where the footer needs to stay at the bottom of the viewport when there's short content, and at the bottom of the document when there's longer content. I have it working in Firefox (Mac and PC), Safari isn't quite perfect, but the biggest issue is with IE7.

    Here's the site: http://devkcw.fourtwentydesign.com/

In IE7, on the services page - which has the most content - the footer covers the last <h2> and paragraph, and the empty div is below everything. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here but I'm running on 2 hours of sleep.

Here's where the CSS file is: http://devkcw.fourtwentydesign.com/css/master.css

    Thanks!

Removing height:100%; from #wrapper seems to fix the issue.

It did, but only for the services page. Removing height:100&#37; from #wrapper then makes the footer not sit on the bottom of the viewport for other pages where content is short, which affects all browsers.

Have you tried looking into one of Paul O'B's 100&#37; height layout examples?
