How do I Lock a Table's Image Bkg To The Bottom?

I have a site linked below where I am trying to lock the "bird" image to the bottom of the table's background and it doesn't seem to work. I would like for it to align with the bottom of the table whether there is a large or small amount of content in the table.

Nevermind, I fixed it.
