valign=top

I need some help getting a table in a table to valign=top, i have tried it and it works, but it is not cross platform, what else would i use?

I think I have spotted the error.

Instead of having valign=top for the table with the navigation, set the cell that the table is in to align to the top.

Thats probably hard to understand, so let me know if it doesn't make any sense.
