    Arrow MS Virtual PC

Does anyone here use MS Virtual PC to run both IE6 and IE7 at the same time for development testing purposes? If so, is it a good solutions and relatively easy? Do you have to install the OS again within virtual pc?

Is there another viable option for running IE6 and IE7 at the same time? Thanks for your help.

This site has em all I think

I use the full installers for the most current versions and the stand alone versions for the old ones.

Those IE standalones mentioned are generally the most common way to do it. Although I imagine emulating the OS again would also work, infact it may be better as the standalones have some issues including slight rendering differences and not recognising conditional comments correctly (they assume they're whatever the latest full install you have is). In general the standalones work fine though and shouldn't cause any major dramas as long as you're aware that there may be a few bugs.

I use Virtual PC on my Powerbook. I have two virtual machines - one with IE-6 and the other with IE-7. Since I don't have easy access to a PC, this works good for me and keeps IE-6 separate from IE-7.
