    <a></a> Width & Height In FF?

    I can't seem to set the width and height using CSS in FF. What is the best way to get around this? I suppose I could make some divs and do it that way, but it would be so much more convenient if I could some how set the width and height of these links.

    Ok, that helps, but now there's a new problem. What I'm trying to accomplish is horizontally laid out tabs, and with the block display, the tabs are stacked vertically. Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks!

    Something like this you need?

    CSS:
    Code:
    *{
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    }
    li{
    display: inline;
    float: left;
    }
    a{
    display: block;
    background-color: yellow;
    border: outset yellow 2px;
    border-bottom-width: 0px;
    width: 100px;
    margin-top: 5px;
    margin-right: 2px;
    }
    HTML:
    HTML Code:
    <ul>
    <li><a href="#">1st link</a></li>
    <li><a href="#">2nd link</a></li>
    <li><a href="#">3rd link</a></li>
    <li><a href="#">4th link</a></li>
    </ul>

    And to think I was about to suggest the same thing . But with proper formatting (tab spaces) applied to make it easier to read.
