    xhr.js

    Hey,

I'm a total AJAX newbie and I'm starting to read a few scripts while looking to put some AJAX into my website.

Anyway I keep seeing this file xhr.js used in a lot of scripts, but no one defines what it is. I know it stands for XMLHttpRequest which is at the core of AJAX, but do you need this extra file? Are there different versions of it? Where can I download it?

    Thanks

xhr.js is probably some JavaScript file with the Ajax implementation. There is no standard xhr file. Either learn the JavaScript + XMLHttpRequest basics or use an existing library (google for "JavaScript framework library").
