Rounded Corners

I've run into a problem with my rounded corners & IE6
I can't seem to find out why my <span>s with fixed width & height of 13px are 14px in IE6, and some issues with absolute positioning that also only exist in IE6.

Could someone assist me with this matter?
The file attached contains the layout for my website VideoNext.

Hey Ruben,

I've changed your images and minimized the amount of markup and CSS.
Now it's flexible with font-size and looks the same in IE and Firefox.

Take a looksy and let me know what you think.
