Resizing Weirdness

I've narrowed it down to the Javascript. When I cut that portion out, the page redraws normally under Netscape....

Ok, this is weird....I've got a page at http://www.vtprophoto.org/test it works fine in IE, and initially looks good in NS too, but when I resize the browser window, it goes blank, white, empty. Weird. If I reload, it comes back. Any ideas?
