Angry adsense stopped payment over $40K!!!

Before ~1 month google adsense stopped my payment (two checks) on over $40 000 and they do that like always with same reason "INVALID CLICKS" and without any warning, only sent to me short e-mail:
    "
Because we have made a deduction to your account for invalid clicks, we
have placed a stop payment on all outstanding checks. Please refrain from
depositing your most recent check, as your bank may charge fees for
    depositing a stopped check.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team
    "

I worked with them ~2 years without any problems, I never clicking on any adsense ads (I don`t clicking on adsense ads on other sites) and all worked fine and now this!
I try to tell them this, I try to ask them for more info, maybe somebody else want my google adsense account banned but first they sent to me only one short answer:
    "
We understand that you wish to receive specific information regarding
invalid clicks. However, due to the proprietary nature of our algorithm,
we cannot disclose any details about how our monitoring technology works.
Please also know that as previously stated, the revenue in question has
been returned to the advertisers who were affected by the invalid activity
    on your account.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team
    "

and after that no answer on any of my e-mails, I sent to them few more e-mails!!

I thinking that this is not good way to work with publishers, for me this look like they steal this money from me because they don`t sent to me any prove for this "INVALID CLICKS" and for me this look like they working on way "we are big and you are small and we can do what we want"...for me this is OK for small earning like $100 but in my case they stopped payment on over $40 000 without any prove, this is really big problem!!

Was this your first payment from Google of this large an amount? If not, contact your adsense account manager, I'm sure they'll clear things up for you.

What does your account show? Did they remove $40,000 from its balance? The mails you shared don't seem to indicate how many of your clicks were invalid. I would give them an actual phone call Monday to find out when your revised check is coming and how much it should be.

No no, they simple stopped last two checks (two months) and I don`t know how all clicks only on that period can be invalid on site with over 200 000 unique visitors per day!

    Thanks.

Did you asked when they will sent other checks with the invalid clicks discounted?

Given the amount of your previous payments you need to escalate this and email won't do the trick. Pick up the phone and start dialing... as it stands your emails are probably hitting a bulk customer service department where as you should be talking one-on-one with someone in their account team. At this point it would make sense to try and get paid for the portion of your payments that were not invalid rather than tyring to fight for every dime.

If Google genuinely thinks your clicks are invalid, they're not going to pay you for them. The good news, however, is that your account didn't get closed, meaning that they probably don't think it's your fault.

My advice would be to get in touch with a real person at the company ASAP to establish 1.) what percentage of your clicks were "invalid" and 2.) when you can expect payment for the rest of your volume.

There's no logical reason for them to hide that information.

No no no, for them last two months = 100% invalid clicks because they stopped all my payment!
    Adjustment - Invalid Clicks = ($44,501.42)
Total earning for last two months = ~$44,501

Check your apache log for any traffic exchange sites.

I was once given same warning by google, when i checked my logs, there were quite a lot of traffic exchange sites visited mine.

I've never use any traffic exchange sites, but i suspected someone trying to sabotage me.

By the way, when you email google, make sure you write in nice tone.
In my case, they'll give hints on why they warned me about the invalid click.

Just because they stopped payment on the $40,000 check doesn't necessarily mean that they are claiming that 100% of the clicks were invalid. In fact, the language used in the emails to you kind of suggests otherwise.

What likely happened is that during an audit AFTER they'd issued your $40,000 check they learned that a portion of it contained invalid clicks. Thus they likely stopped payment on the original check (the $40,000) and probably will issue another check for $40,000 less the invalid clicks.

If they thought the whole 40k was invalid I think they probably would've closed your account.

Either way you should definitely call them.
