Trying to add a table thats 100% to the footer - Keeps distorting

Hey,

I'm trying to add a 100% table to the footer of www.DeuceAce.com but it keeps distorting the design border.

You can see the table in the footer now, it is the box with text links but right now its only showing in the main section.

For some reason it is showing full width in a custom page which also has the left nav bar - http://www.deuceace.com/advertise.php

Anyone know how I can do this?
