oh and maru.. it was awesome. After its cooked, here is how it is plated..

A big table..covered with newspaper. All of the food is placed on the table..just all over. then you just use your hands, grab the corn on the cob, or a potato, squeeze butter on it and eat it. Eat the sausage and the shrimp the same way. very informal. you just throw the shrimp shells on the newspaper. it was cool.

Sounds awesome. I was looking at the recipes, very simple to make to fee a bunch of people. The only thing is, I can't find any crab boil in any of the stores around here
