Cool Google/Yahoo/MSN/ASK ...now what do I try?

So we already have established search marketing campaigns with all of the major players but now what do I do?

What would you recommend I try next to market our sites and generate more leads?

I am not interested in traditonal banner ads - I want to know or know where to look for cutting edge methods of promoting our sites and driving leads.

Thanks for any advice you may have.

Thought about telemarketing? What about direct mail advertising? Might be a good time to start adding offline advertising to your strategy.

Be careful when going offline for an online product. Sometimes it will backfire. I wasted several thousand dollars a couple months ago trying to generate leads in a magazine offline. The magazine readers would email the magazine and ask for more information on my site. My ad said, "VISIT WWW.MYSITE.COM NOW".

I still don't understand why they didn't just do what they're told. Ended up I got an email a week later that they enquired, so it was now a cold lead.

Now you diversify. In other words, time for site #2.
People don't read ads. They read what interests them,
and sometimes that happens to be an ad.

Yeh, how do you expect anyone to join or visit if we cant see your site?

When I see people with an empty sig and no site link I think they must be stupid (unless its a well known person in which case I think they dont want ppl to know what site they own). (Sorry but im being honest)

    thanks

Thanks for the feedback. If anyone is curious why I do not leave a signature it is because the sites I work on are not mine. I just do marketing for 13 sites at the company I work at.
