    Two Questions

So I am building, or attempting to build a lil framework. And I have two questions:

    1) Cache.. I was reading a little bit about caching. With the Zend Engine and such, stored generated files or something on a tmp dir on the server? I am a lil confused. Someone enlighten me a tad bit more?

    2) I am writting the CRUD and what I call the CRUDCUTTER part of my fw. And the CRUDCUTTER simply takes a db connection, finds all the tables and writes the skeleton to the data objects that extend crud, and have all the parameters and such defined so that I can later to data validation in crud. Right now my crud class which is an abstraction looks like:

    +CREATE
    +READ
    +WRITE
    +DELETE
    -Validate
    -handleError

Anything else I should add into this? btw.. CRUD uses my Database abstraction layer.

    Thanks in advance.

Are your performance demands so high that you actually need caching?

Prolly not. I make application(s) for a 550 employee company. Diff depts use diff things. I just wanted to learn caching..
