    Looking for some outsourced support techs

    Hey all,

    I would like to get a few contacts together of folks who can provide some overflow tech support on a per ticket basis.

    We are doing fine right now due to the majority of clients are managed hosting packages but if we continue to expand over the coming 6 months it would be nice to have some external 'freelance' tech support who can handle support issues as needed. ie If we get swamped by design work on a given month I dont want support to suffer.
    Mainly looking for a couple of people who have some expertise in cgi,php etc. Some tickets might require nothing but a 30 second response while other may require some emails back and forth with the client to troubleshoot a problem.

    It will all be done through our help desk ticket system. Where we would forward a ticket out if needed.

    You might want to check out bobcares.com. They have gotten very good reviews at www.webhostingtalk.com.

    I haven't used bobcares, but from the reviews they got at webhostingtalk.com they must be great, and $0.50/domain is really cheap for immediate response and 6 hour problem resolution...
