allinanchor:age and from same domain

Hi all,
I have very easy and very simply questions.

When I can see effect of backlinks with nice anchor in
alllinanachor:search? Is it some days after google indexing
new backlink(s) or continuous?

Does google counting/efect allinanchor on the same domain,
from which comming - but different page.
Example:
If i have link ïn xxx.com/xxx.php to xxx.com with
anchor "yyy" is it counted from google asi anchor?

It takes a while for them to show up in the allinanchor: search.
