Offer free web-based email to visitors?

We are thinking of offer our visitors free web based email on our new directory site. We hope that the email address will appear to be somebody@oursite.com.

Can anyone tell me how we can do that for free? This is our first attempt to build this kind of web site, and helps will be appreciated.
