I am having trouble producing a link to make my page the users homepage. I do not want to have to tell them to ctrl + d and want something which will work in bothe IE and Netscape.

As far as I know it's impossible to have it work in Netscape as well as IE.

However you should visit this site:

It popups a bookmark reminder every week I believe (in IE) and alerts Netscape users to bookmark the site manually...could get annoying, so I'd change it to popup more like once a year...
