Looking for user-contribute news script

Hello,

Sorry for the dupe thread, but I have had to re-post this since my last thread will not be understood due to certain words apparently being banned....

I am looking for a script very similar to what Net Scape uses. I have a niche I want to service with this type of platform but haven't found anything useful yet.

I've tried Hotscripts but I couldn't find anything compehensive.

If anyone out there has some possible ideas/solutions I'd appreciate it.

You can try allheadlinenews.com, they were working on something like this. You may end up building your own system
