Wierd gap on one page

This is a really weird error if you ask me. Its not an IE thing because it happens in firefox as well.

Heres the abstract:

Shows a gap on the right side of the Star header image.

The files sources are almost identical aside from the area between the <!-- CONTENT --> tags, because they are template driven. Any reason this could be occurring?

Both look identical to me. No difference at all.

I also see no difference.... maybe you should elaborate on what you are refering too...
