Hey folks,
I am a webdesigner and usually try to get potential clients to fill out a short questionairre on my website if they are interested in a website. I am trying to cut down the amount of time spent on the phone with potential clients. Therefore, I am utilizing a form that they fill out so I can get back to them with a proposal, etc.
Does anyone know if there's a script or something out there that does this in a "plug and play" format? Rather than writing or hiring someone to make it for me, I was wondering if there was already any tools on the web that let you create a short questionnaire for your website?
If you just want people to answer various questions you could do this with a simple mailform. Add the fields you want them to fill in and it gets emailed to you.
