Content Management System

I'm trying to find a user friendly content management system which will allow my clients to update text and images. Any suggestions??

I hear Joomla! is one of the better open-source ones.

...and if you're willing to spend money, Absolute Content Manager is one of the more powerful ones (that I've used).
