I've only heard of I-Rater out of these but they may all be good? Have you tried google?

Yeah..but from the looks and features what one would you go with?

Honestly? I guess the First one since it has Video Support but I would see if they have a demo and check that out first... ask them about their Templating System incase you want to change the look of it too, as you probably will. If they don't use a solid Templating System - it might be too much of a hassle to redo the design.

I don't know... there's a ton of questions to ask before purchasing something like that as there's a ton of options out there, apparently.
