    Content Managment Script

After looking for a few hours for a script on hot scripts and other sites, I still cannot find a content management system that I could use. I'm looking for a script that:
    - uses PHP
    - very simple
    - easy to edit template
    - good SEO
    - simple and clean
    - no login/registration
    - article commenting
    - nicely designed

Do you guys have any suggestions ?
