Adding a demo video to PowerPoint

    Hi everybody

I am using MS Office Powerpoint 2003 for a presentation next week and want to add an AVI clip showing how easy our CMS is to update.

The AVI file is only 27 meg but is decent quality when viewed in Windows Media Player, when I import it into PowerPoint everything seems fine until you preview the presentation. The quality is not very good at all.

As anyone got any experience or tips on where I am going wrong?

I am proficient with PP but have never tried to add a video before.

    Thanks in advance.

27meg is quite a lot. Your powerpoint will run very slow. Hmmm, Have you resized etc? There may be an option somewhere in PowerPoint to compress file sizes over a certain size or something.

What size are you viewing it at in both Windows Media Player and in MS PowerPoint
